Guitar Tuition Ripon
I offer comprehensive Rock School certified Grade 6 guitar tuition, covering playing technique, improvisation skills and music theory. I'll observe your playing to identify your strengths and the areas that need work, helping you develop into the best guitarist you can be.
I provide printed materials for you to take home between lessons, covering scales, chords, music theory, sight reading and any songs you'd personally like to learn.
Pricing is straightforward. Lessons are £15 for one hour or £20 for an hour and a half. I also offer a block of five lessons for the price of four at £80 (5 x 1 hour and a half lessons) & £60 (5 x 1 hour lessons). All block booking lessons can be booked at any date within 2 months of the first lesson and I can offer flexiblity with rearrangements within those 2 months of block bookings.
Students aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or nominated responsible adult (18+), who should remain on the premises for the duration of the lesson. Bookings for students under 18 must be made and agreed by a parent or guardian.
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise I will be entitled to charge the full lesson fee. If you're running late, please get in touch beforehand on so I'm not left waiting.
This policy is in place in accordance with UK contract law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists between tutor and student. A no-show or late cancellation represents a breach of that agreement, and the tutor is entitled to recover the loss of earnings directly resulting from the unfulfilled booking. By confirming a lesson, you are agreeing to these terms.
